We want you to feel completely comfortable when purchasing from us. Every item whether it’s a one‑of‑a‑kind original artwork or a custom Print on Demand piece is created with care and attention. Because of the unique nature of our products, our returns policies differ slightly, but rest assured: if something arrives damaged or not as described, we’ll make it right.

🎨 Returns Policy for Original Artwork

1. Eligibility

  • Each piece of artwork is unique and created by hand. As such, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.

  • Commissioned or customized artworks are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange either:

    • A repair or restoration (if feasible), or

    • A replacement with a similar piece, or

    • A full refund if neither option is possible.

3. Change of Mind

  • Due to the nature of original artwork, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Please review all details, images, and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

4. Shipping Costs

  • In cases of approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit or incorrectly described.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned artwork in its original condition.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

1. Eligibility

  • Print on Demand items are custom-made to order. Because each product is produced specifically for you, returns for change of mind or incorrect size/colour selection are not accepted.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange either:

    • A replacement at no additional cost, or

    • A full refund if a replacement is not possible.

3. Order Errors

  • If the wrong item, size, or design was sent due to a production error, we will replace the item free of charge.

  • Please double-check your order details before checkout, as we cannot accept returns for customer input errors (e.g., wrong size chosen).

4. Shipping Costs

  • In cases of approved returns or replacements, we cover the shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
