Our Mandala Sip & Paint Workshop blends creativity, celebration, and reflection. Guests enjoy drinks and laughter while painting their own mandalas, then come together to co-create a larger artwork dedicated to the bride-to-be. 🌿 Booking Policy Welcome to Love of Mandala—where creativity meets reflection. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our booking terms below. ✅ Booking & Confirmation • Your spot is confirmed once full payment is received through our secure checkout. • A confirmation email with event details and any prep materials will arrive within 24 hours. • Spaces may be limited to keep our gatherings intimate and meaningful—early booking is encouraged. 💳 Payment & Pricing • We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. • Prices include all materials, refreshments (where applicable), and access to themed reflection handouts. • Group bookings (10+ guests) may qualify for a discount—contact us before booking. 🔄 Cancellations & Refunds • Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. • After 48 hours, refunds are not available unless the event is canceled by us. • Can’t attend? You may transfer your booking to a friend or request credit toward a future event. 🔁 Transfers & Rescheduling • Transfer your booking to someone else up to 24 hours before the event—just email us their name and contact info. • Rescheduling to a different date is possible (subject to availability) if requested at least 72 hours in advance. 🎨 Event Access & Materials • In-person events: All materials are provided. Just bring your curiosity. • Online workshops: You’ll receive a Zoom link and optional prep guide 24 hours before the session. • Reflection handouts themed around Balance, Growth, Healing, or Connection will be shared after the event. 🧘 Creative Integrity • Workshop materials are for personal use only. Please don’t reproduce or redistribute without permission. • Feel free to take photos, but respect the privacy and creative space of others. ⚠️ Changes & Cancellations • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.
